Consistently calls 4-5 times a day, female voice saying she is from Cypress calling about our credit card processor. Told her we are not interested and hang up. Continues to call back when I pick up and immediately hang up
Amy from Cypress called and started confirming the business information and I asked who she was and she said Amy and continued asking questions and I said Amy who are you with and she said I need to talk to the owner or the other owner... I said Amy I am neither who are you with and she said I'll call back and hung up on me.
Called again (no big surprise) this morning and I picked up and hung up. Called again at 4:45 and I was ready to fight! Answered with hello instead of company name and after a few seconds a woman said something but I just talked right over her "WHY do you answer me when I say hello but not when I answer with the co. name? I've told you all repeatedly NOT to call again and yet here you are" - she said she wasn't the one who called earlier (or apparently the at least 25 other times) and I said I don't care, you're not supposed to be calling here, don't call again, and we're not interested in whatever you're selling, DO NOT CALL AGAIN. She asked for my name and I said no, you don't need it. She was saying something as I hung up on her. Betcha dollars to donuts they'll call again tomorrow! I'll go back to picking up and hanging up unless/until I feel like ripping someone a new one.
It's reached a point where I have my business landline roll over to my cellphone so "Mr. Number" can automatically block numbers for me.469-941-5952 calls about every other day. I wish someone could figure out a way to block spam/robocalls for business lines like they do for residential lines.
This number called our business today at 0946 hours. Caller ID said "Cypress" so I immediately knew there was a very high chance it was yet another scammer/spammer. When I answered the call, there was an annoyingly loud beep before the call was transferred to the next waiting scammer/spammer. A woman with a heavy accent asked, "Is this [the name of the company I already answered the phone with], in You-ex-bridge (completely slaughtering the town name)?" I told her, "Whatever you're selling, we're not buying." She immediately disconnected. Imagine that. But I feel certain they'll call back. That's what pests do.
Man asked for my company and I hung up without saying anything. CYPRESS came up on caller ID - looked on this site to read about the other comments.
Relentless. Relentless. Relentless......call 2-3 times every day asking for the owner. they don't specify which one because there are multiple. no matter....they hang up really quick and say they'll call back.....again, and again, and again......wish I could block them.
