Georgia! GOT THE CALL TOO AROUND 10:40AM ESTweird thing was that when I saw my phone light up it had a message saying forward... then the number poped up. hmmm weird. didnt leave a message and I didn't answer. wish I could have read the full message before it left the screen...
I received an automated call from this # yesterday, in spanish at 4:15pm eastern time, I believe it's a Telemarketer (VERY ANNOUYED WITH THIS).
Yep, same thing...spam call. I'm in GA. The person who understood the Spanish that said you are the winner, pres 10...is on to something. Typical spam, on the phone. I wish I could find people that do these things so I could give them a piece of my mind, or more! Waste of our time and minutes we PAY for...Isn't it illegal to solicit anything via cell phone? Isn't it?
Both my wife and I are AT&T customers too and got the same call several hours apart. I tried calling it back and got the non-working number message but then tried again later and got some investment service.
Just got a call from this number I didnt answer. I called # back and it said the # was disconnected. This is my second call from this number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
