Got a call. Thought it was Direct TV because I told them that I was not paying for movies for which they are trying to charge me. I didn't order any movies, two of the dates that they said I ordered these movies, the house was empty and they couldn't possibly be legit. so, I told them I was not going to pay for them. I figured it might be some collection company.

i just got the call from the number. i am at work so i didnt pick it up. no vm was left. so i call the number back and same thing "this number is no longer in service" yet i JUST got a call from it. it could be one of those people who use the computer and can type in any number they want to make a phone call to someone to do a scam. just amazing that all i did was google the number and i found this entire thread on it. bizzare!
I also just received a call from this number (I'm in Massachusetts). All in Spanish, sounded like there was aplause at the beginning before they started talking. Not a fan of these types of calls, as are the rest of you.
Call came to my Mass. cell phone #. I didn't answer and no message was left. Someone's on a roll!
Just got this number and thought it was from my loved one from AK, turns out that is was a spanish message, I hung up after the spanish message. Whats up with is?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
