Just got this call @ 4:55 pm on a NJ cell number. I didn't answer since I normally don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number.
Got the call- in Spanish- it's not telemarketing. Evef get one of those e-mails from some supposed "barrister" in South Africa promising you 10 million dollars US if you just give them your account info? This call was telling me that I have been awarded 10 million dollars and to please call the number they stated in the message to claim my money. Fergetaboutit!!
Just got the call ... called back and i sounded as if it was disconnected??? I live is south texas I think it is crazy how mant people this person has called all over the place

Same here. Just got the call a moment ago. There wasnt anyone on the other end, so I hung up, and tried to call the number back. When I did, a voice came on saying that the number was disconnected.
actually, the scope is much greater. i have a pre-paid cell phone with no links to AT&T. seems to me that telemarketers are targeting cell phones from any carrier. they buy lists just as they used to do with home land lines, but as so many people have opted-out by signing the Do Not Call registry, cellies are the telemarketers next frontier. i've received calls from other unrecognizable area codes/numbers, don't answer, and i come to the internet to look up the numbers. in every case, a telemarketer is behind the calls
rec'd the call at 8:49 PM during the playoff hockey game. Obviously, I didn't answer thinking that, if it was important, they'd leave a message. They didn't leave one.
