Called at 5 am leaving robotic voicemail about somebody transferring their pet microchip into my name. I work in rescue, so I did think maybe I had someone surrendering a dog until I read the other reports. Did not receive text or email.

I have received recorded calls and texts from this number, claiming they found my pet, Monte. I have never had a pet named Monte, nor have I ever owned a pet that has been chipped. It’s a total scam call.

Thx for any assistance in getting this number to stop calling.

Received a text and a call immediately following from someone claiming to be from Found Animals Microchip Registry. My account is not new and my dog is in the backyard. but they did have my pets name? Maybe Found Animals has been hacked?Still a little icky feeling. Calling the org as soon as I can.

My cat must have got out of the house when I was leaving for work and someone found him. They had his microchip scanned and then went to the foundanimals website and submitted a found pet report. I got a text message and a phone call from this number letting me know my cat had been found.

Received a text that our dog had been found even though she was at my feet. It was poorly worded like they were foreign and there was no link to click through. Then received their email that had a different company name than what was indicated in the text. We did nothing and still got a thank you email for updating our profile (we didn't). Definitely phishing scam!

I received my second text and call from this number today, with a similar message. What was most strange about it was rather than my pet's name, they used MY MOTHER'S NAME!
