Keep getting calls from this number when I have told the woman I was not going to answer her questions. I want the calls to stop. She said it was from the Department of Health, doing a survey on Arkansas health care and the first thing she ask was if I was on a cell phone. What does the type of phone I'm talking on have to do with Arkansas health issuees.
