It states clearly on their website: "As a survey research company, we are not required to subscribe to the National Do Not Call Registry - however it is never our intent to disturb people when we call them at home."It also says that if you request to be removed from their calling list, it may take up to 72 hours.

Thank you so much for posting this. They've called my cell over 20 times day and night but never left a message. I finally googled the number and got to this site. Even being on the do not call list doesn't prevent them from calling. Hopefully this will work! Thx again!

Unfortunately for all of us that do not want to receive these type of calls, they have no way to know that and there is no law preventing them. The only requirement is for them to maintain an internal Do Not Call list and place us on it when requested. If they call again after 30 days, we can then file complaints and/or take legal action against them. If we want more types of calls restricted and covered by the Do Not Call list we have to lobby our legislators to pass a law that includes these additional types of calls.

Somehow this "unwanted", "unsolicted", "unknown" has found my cell phone number (WHICH I PAY FOR EACH CALL).

This number has been calling and calling me, all it said was "Portland Oregon". God I freaked out. Give 'em h*ll.

I got a call from this number on a Sunday, which I didn't appreciate, but it was at a decent time (4pm). They wanted to do a survey on baby items in the mail. I actually let them do their survey which took a few minutes of my time. I didn't want to, but it was the first time they had called me before, and I actually know people who work for companies like this in my area so I figured I would be nice. However, it appears this company is run like crap as they allow phone calls to be made so late. Hopefully they only ask for 1 survey and I am off the hook since I did one
