Called me at 9:35 PM. Who does that?!?!? And I've been on the DO NOT ALL LIST for months.

Scammers who don't care about the list, which, by the way, is NOT A CALL BLOCKER
These jokers call at dinner -- I have asked them to remove my name from their call list because I do NOT want to answer any 'research' questions for 3 minutes from anyone anymore! They've been calling repeatedly for my wife who has cancer and I told them not to bother her again. They had the balls to ask if there was anyone else at my number that they could talk with! I told them NO, asked them to take me off their list and never call again and then hung up. That was on 9-14-2010. So far, no more calls -- but I want to report this and make sure there are no more calls!
Why do I think this is NOT a survey company....but a scam to get your personal info? They eventually asked me for my birthday (month, day and year). Then they asked me to confirm my name and address. Survey companies DO NOT ASK THAT! I feel this is a scam to get your personal info. Beware. I feel they now have my name, address and DOB!!!!
Just went to their website www.bernett.com Interesting that when you click on "Our partners" there is no one listed..........
It's possible it is the first time this survey, which is allowed by DNC (also allowed; debt collectors, politics and charity - false or real) -has called. Though they didn't leave a message and hung up after three rings.Came in the ID as Benett, R - since I didn't recognize the number I didn't answer. And now thanks to those who have - I never will.

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.
