These sons of ... just called three times on a Saturday in less than an hour and a half!Even the telemarketing scammers that call our line aren't as persistent!Yes I have an overdraft and yes I want / need to take care of it but I can't at the moment.I am going to try to block their number because this is ridiculous! They have even called at 8 p.m. at night!If I had known that Wells Fargo, specifically their collection overdraft center, would have been this persistent, I would never have created an account with their bank!
This is definitely a scam. I got a call today 2/15/2012. I am in Miami Beach. They called my cell.

East Indian accent asking for my SS# and saying I must call his supervisor immediately about a lawsuit that has been filed against me. Has been calling incessantly every day for weeks to my cell and also work numbers. I have told them to stop harassing me and they still call constantly.
OMG!!! Really.. they called all day long never left a message. Then even called my WORK!!! Then finally at 8pm I answered it. When I answered and the fake lady from Wells fargo voice came on I knew right off the bat it was an a##hole trying to scam me! He first said my name and I said yes...and the last 4 of your SS#...I said, "Who is this?" he replied, "wells Fargo" Really at 8pm at night? I said, "Im not giving my SS#" Mamm I'm n ot going to play mind games and hung up on me! Really People come on you can't scam me!

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
