They are calling from 503-605-8776They are calling my 82 year old aunt and threatening to stop her check writing on any accounts she has with any bank unless she pays $300 they say she owes to AOL.She has not had an account with Wells Fargo or AOL for years. They have called her 4 times in the last 2 days. This is elder abuse! Has someone hacked Wells Fargo customer list?I am filing a complaint with the FTC against Wells Fargo and AOL. Let them sort it out after the blood bath. There are 100's of complaints on 800notes.com and other web sites about this number.

Yea man, this has happened to me as well. Total scam. Nothing you can do other than talk crap back to them.

They called me twice this morning minutes apart. I called them back and it said it was wells fargo overdraft services. Lady answered and immediately asked for account number and/or social security info. Yeah...not gonna happen.

This number keeps calling my cell number. I finally called them back and they said they are Wells Fargo Bank and they are trying to collect on an overdrafted checking account. I informed them I don not bank with them and they said they would remove my phone number from their calling list........but they still continue to call me! I finally went down to my local Wells Fargo bank and spoke with the manager. She told me if I could come back with my phone bill that proved that the number they were calling belonged to me, they would delete the number. I came back the next day and she deleted the number......no more calls. Should it really be this hard to get someone to stop calling you???

damn annoying pricks called my cell about 30 times in 4 days

I've received countless calls from this and other numbers. The calls are automated. There is nothing said outside of a message, if this is Eric Wik, press 1; if not, press 5. That is always the nature of the call. There are at least three numbers that I receive calls from purporting to be Wells Fargo, but my phone does not indicate Wells Fargo, as a rule. It gives information as follows: Oregon, for instance. I cannot at this time recall all of the indications respecting who calls. Nevertheless, I receive calls, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending sometimes around 8:00 p.m. The Oregon number is--I just went through my phonebook--1-503-403-2675. Another number is 1-503-605-8772. My telephone indicates that the last number is a call placed by Wells Fargo Bank. I have tried, firstly, to answer the calls in order to talk about payment on debts to Wells Fargo, but the calls are acrimonious and get neither side anywhere. Blocking the calls does no good, since the telephone company, AT&T, does not fully block any calls.

I've been getting calls from this number the whole week, one everyday around the same time, I don't answer them 'cause I'm in class, but it's annoying me, will block this number now after reading all these.

I just called Wells Fargo, they were not able to give me information about this number 503-605-8776. I received calls from this number at 8AM which would be 5am Portland (503 area) time. I doubt Wells Fargo is calling me this early on a Sunday morning. WF gave me this email to report this phone number as well as other phione numbers posing as their company. The email to report phishing calls to them is: reportphish@wellsfargo.com.
