credit card lower rates telemarketer, I have answered and waited for the prompt to get a live person and when that happened I told them DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER remove my number from your call list you call 4-5 times a day
The Do Not Call register is a huge joke. It is not monitored well and ignored mostly by the dept overseeing it. It's a waste of time.
This is MDC Research Co. in Portland, OR and they are a total nuisance. Do not answer their calls!

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
