[***]. How does your company conduct "market research" if/when people who do not wish to receive your calls refuse to answer them or just hang up? What "market research" accomplish if/when your reps simply aggravates and annoys people? Your "market research" wastes my time and costs me money. Which is why I love my caller ID and never answer a call from an unidentifed or unknown number.

These bozos called me at 1:15 on a SUNDAY afternoon?!?! I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but something that works is when they ask for so and so, you say sure let me get them and then set the phone down by the TV or a radio, turn it up nice and loud and leave it there. They'll hang up and probably not call again. My grandmother used to keep a coaches whistle by her phone. They won't be able to get their headset off fast enough. A nice, ear splitting blast from that thing will make them look for another line of work.

This number leaves no message then hangs up I will not pick up these calls.

Then called my cell phone. How'd they even pick me? I live all the way out in NY state and my cell phone number is stupidly random. Feh. I let it ring till they gave up. Call again tho and I'm going to get upset.

I refused to answer her questions and started questioning her. She refused to identify the "client" or who she was. Every time she said the name of her company it was so fast and mumbled that I couldn't catch it. After asking to speak with her supervisor she hung up. I used the phone number to do a reverse lookup and called this company @ 800 344-8725. They said there was no way it was their company who called. The rep said it must be another company using their number to make them look bad. Really?It may not be their policy to ask for SS#s but someone working there is asking for them.
