Have been dealing with this company as they illegally obtained signatures from my mother when she had Alzheimer's disease. They faxed her at the home instead of the business with clauses stating if she did not respond within 30 days they contract would automatically renew. Now they are claiming since I make decisions for the business they are going to sue me. We agreed to pay $200 per month until the debt is paid. Boy, I wish I had not! She calls every 2 months repeatedly to renew this even after I have told her to continue the payments on electronic withdrawal for 12 mos. Then she states she cannot and is going to personally pursue a lawsuit against me. It is my parents business and I am volunteering my time to work there to help while we pay off my mother's medical bills and the business bills. Today, I was burying my dog after putting her to sleep from cancer. She called on a blocked line. I answered and she immediately started yelling at me about how many times she has called me. Two voicemails in the last week - no more. She spoke to my office manager, I have a recording. She had already authorized her to continue taking $200 withdrawals and they could take $175 this week. She would not accept that. So she calls me today. Told me my office manager was lying. She was lying about it - I have a recording! She lies every time she calls. She told me that I better start cooperating. I told her I still had the shovel in my hand from burying my dog and was not at work to look at the information and told her to call and talk to my manager who is there. She refused. She then asked if I was going to make a payment right now, I stated, I really didn't care since I had just buried my dog. She told me that I better get an attorney because I am listed as a guarantor of the debt and she was moving forward to sue me personally. So after months of threats after threats during my mothers illness and other tough times.....getting an attorney and its game on. I am reporting them to every entity possible. I have been pushed one to many times. CARLY JOHNSON - I am not going to stop until you are fired.

sounds identical to us (phone pages scam in canada). we never paid, filed papers/complaints with the bbb (pretty powerless), but made some headway with the Federal Competition Bureau!! I'm pretty sure (regarding phone pages) that there was, if not a threat, an actual lawsuit filed by the Federal Gov't. We sent in ++ sworn statements and evidence. Haven't heard from those tools since 2008, now this Rauch Miliken is starting to do same. I'm pretty sure they have "bought" the debt from the frauds up here. If you own a company, go to a registries office and request a business debtor name search.might cost couple of $$. Any litigation or liens will show up. these numb-nuts don't have our actual operating name!! so besides alerting the federal government again with our previous and EXTENSIVE file numbers, i'll be getting in touch with our phone service providers to pay and block all numbers associated with Rauch-Miliken.have also asked about the legality of "action" in canada. if you were targeted by Phone Pages and their fraudulent "renewal" program i highly suggest contacting and filing a claim with the Federal Competition Bureau.

same here...we had a budget for yellow book ads that we expressed to reps who would prepare an ad to meet that monthly budget...rep no. 10 in third year apparently didn't understand because we started being charged 50% more...tried calling rep who was no longer there...tried calling temporary rep who never called back...tried calling co. which is now called hibu...woman went nuts when i explained situation...started threatening court action...says she'll have my house,car,kids,dog...ignore these [***] when they call...their problems are self inflicted

I have just received a call on my voice mail from these people and the guy left his name.I have not owned a business so someone please tell me the legal steps you took before they try getting out of hand toward me.

I received a call about a week ago saying I owe a debt. I must have gotten the crazy lady some of you are talking about. She would not let me finish talking nor explain anything and then told me I was rude. I got so upset with her that I hung up. Today I got a call from her again saying since I did not send her proof that I didn't owe the debt she is going to start to proceed in sueing me. I don't even know for what. I have since tried calling the same number and like everyone else got a recording. I did leave two messages to call me back but after reading all of these I don't think I will hear from them. The only thing I have not heard from anyone is if they actually can do any damage to your credit or get money from you?

Dean, do you mind if I ask what your complaint about Yellow Book was? I'm having an issue where their representative fradulently obtained my signature on a renewal contract and since I didn't make payments on something I never intended to sign, they're suing me! Not that I care, cuz they can shove it but I was just wondering what your complaint was...

Got my first call today with the phone number blocked. John Marino left a message repeating his name and company name 4 times and to call this number 866-422-5231 before hanging up.Four hours later I have another call this time with the number 504-837-6995 showing up in my caller ID again from John Marino. This time he mentions upper management names within the company...followed by "who ever John Marino Rauch-Milliken my number here is 866-422-5231 calling here in regards to the claim here with our client want to discuss with you 866-422-5231.On their web page they state they provide acomprehensive approach to commercial debt recovery. Our goal is to maximize recovery rates on commercial bad debt and to ensure that you receive the highest return on every dollar placed with us.The number they are calling is a cell phone number and not the company phone number. By requesting a return call from upper management it appears to be company related issue and not a personal matter involving myself. If that is the case why are they calling my cell phone and not the company main phone number.

Be careful about what you pursue. This company collects debts on business accounts only and as such does not fall under the fair debt collections practices act for consumers. It would fall under Uniform Commercial Code for commercial debt. Completely different laws.

same type of stupid bullying attempts by john marino. always condescending tone and threatening manner. they are very unprofessional and call multiple times a day even though the law is once a day in ohio. whether it is contact or vm. you know when your consumer's don't pay how does a company pay their distributors. i'm sure it is just as bad for many small business owners. and being threatening and leaving messages saying you are "hiding" and "stupid" is not how people should be treated. i would never imagine calling someone who owes us money stupid. good luck all.
