Just got a VM from this company. On a hunch I put the number into Google and 800NOTES page was at the top. This is the second call from their "legal department" threatening legal action and would I please call them back at another number to confirm some details as if I just fell off the turnip truck.I am so glad I found this site!

I too received a call from them threatening "legal action". Loved wombats response...what kind of sucker do they I am? Unfortunately some others may not be so wise and fall victim to their unscrupulous tactics.

I've had a few phone calls from a guy who says he's collecting from Rauch Milliken. What a mental midget mouth breather this guy is, I'm sure he was rejected from employment at walmart. Poor idiot has such a speach impediment that I could hardly understand WHO he wanted let alone WHAT he wanted. If they took on a debt collection over the phone and have the nerve to call me, I'm gonna make them sorry they ever called. This is my chance to be cruel to those who deserve it. Hee hee hee hee hee!!!

A male person rudely called today claiming he was with the firm of Rauch-Milliken. He implied he was an attorney named Bill Thomas and the person he wanted to speak with was to call him "now" or the attorney representing was to phone him. He gave a case number and a phone number in which someone was to get back with him immediately! He was VERY rude, abrupt, intimidating, forceful. I have never had a call like this before and I am in my late 50's!!!!!! He gave a return number of 800-237-8430 Ext 142.

Harassing us, trying to be intimidating. They are a bunch of people trying to sound like lawyers, but in reality, they are a big nobody that works for a collection agency...ha!If we haven't paid you yet, chances are, we don't plan on it. Being a prick to us on the phone won't get you ANYWHERE, except ignored. And no, we still won't pay you this supposed 'debt' you claim we owe. Our records indicate you are INCORRECT. Learn to do your job right before you start trying to order others around.

TR - Obviously, you work for this company. You are however making yourself and the company you work for look silly. You should be fired.
