507-540-0385 calls unsolicited. What is it about the national D C system telemarketers don't understand.
As its not a solicitation DNC lists don't apply.... They AREN'T selling anything. Just ignore it & it will stop.
You're preaching to the choir Lori. It is posted throughout this entire thread and entire board about the DNC and it's exemptions and purposes but people have it in their heads, because somebody told them so that didn't know either, that it is supposed to immunize them from all calls that they do not want. No one is protected by the DNC from any call unless it is as the DNC classifies as Telemarketing. A simple rule, that has been posted hundreds of times is:Telemarketing = Telephone Sales of goods or Services... Anything else is a violations of other FTC or FCC laws or federal laws.......

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
