OMG!! Been getting these phone calls all day.. It made me stop and think for once... These [***] made me cry and i'm not even the type to cry.. i was really thinking i was going to jail but i know i did nothing wrong.. THEY REALLY DID SCARE THE [***] OUT OF ME.... LMAO... I'm good now after reading all of the commits you guys really know how to make a person feel better,, i had a get laugh at most of the commits you guys put up... OMG!!! I called my mother at work and made her MAD [***] HELL at these people.. She came home heard my side of the story and said stop there call them [***].. She called and acted like me and she went off she said we not giving yall [***] [***] kiss my [***] send me the [***] papers... They going to tell her miss you should not use those words.. lmao they are really something else.. my mother got a lawyer before i noticed that this was a scam.... now we don't need a lawyer i'm happy more money for us...lol these guys are really clowns.. how can you do this to people.. [***] we need our money.. get up and get a real job

Harrassing phone calls about a fictious lawsuit.

Same here. Got a about 2 hrs. ago from the Legal and Investigative office of some attorney. Hard to understand caller, but I did pick up that they were filing suit against my name and social security number. That's news. How do you do that without informing me of cause. So what.

This guys name is different every single time he calls me. I have to admit, the first time he called with his extremly THICK accent and said his name was Al Smith, I started laughing at him. That really pissed him off. I said I'm sorry but your name is not Al Smith, I was not born yesterday sir. The only thing I could make out from his garble, was that he had a lawsuit against my name and SS#. I work at a lawfirm. If you have a lawsuit against me and my social security number, by all means serve them on me, I do know that much is required and I have yet to see any legal papers pertaining to you and all 8 different names you seem to have. Calling me to tell me you have a lawsuit and I had better cooperater, just doesn't scare me. And if you think you're going to steal my identity with my ss number, jokes on you. I'm about to file a BK. So A$$hat, go back to the country from which you came from or at a minumum, be honorable to yourself and your country....do us all a favor and tell us you real name. If you said, my name is Ahmed, I'd have a lot more respect for you and I may actually listen to your threats. For now, thanks for the laugh.

I JUST GOT A CALL 5MIN AGO NAME WAS JIM MILLER HE WAS ASKING FOR MY FIANCE SAID HE WAS FROM A LAW FIRM I ASKED WHAT COMPANY HE WOULD GIVE IT TO ME SO I TOLD NOT TO CALL MY PHONE AGAIN AND I WAS GOIN TO REPORT THIS NUMBER HE QUICKLY HUNG UP

this guy has been harassing me all day and now is trying to call me from different numbers now did reverse traces and the numbers are from new mexico and Louisiana but yet its still the same guy all land lines the numbers are 318-533-3269 and 800-399-2610

I got a call about an hour ago stating that that the gentleman was from a law firm and the he had all of my pertinent information including ss# and that I was going to have a lawsuit against me for a loan that I had taken out in December. After checking records with the gentleman on the phone I told him it was a scam and that under no circumstances had I done what he had said. I also caled the second number of the so called loan office and it sounded like the same man. He said that I was going to havee a lawsuit against me starting tomorrow, and that I will have a warrant for my arrest. I basically chewed him out and told them to do what they had to do. I guess we will see in a couple of days.

I recieved a threantening phone call from this number also and he told me that the complaint that was being filed against my name and SS# was from an online cash advance loan place for over 7,000 dollars and I made the mistake of giving my SS# to him. The online places that I gave my information to I had to call and let them know what is going on and now I am having to make other arrangements to pay them off because unauthorized debits are being made to my bank account so I will have to close my bank account till it is all fixed and open a seperate account to pay them back. They have been very understanding, great people. SO I spoke with my son from the ARMY and he told me to file a complaint at the police station and let them hear the message so that they could start the investigation on this person. SO who ever you are you need to stop what your doing because we know that your not real and the bad thing is people that do not know to look this number up will be suckered into your scam. TO everyone else watch out for this number sounds like there are other people in the back ground involved in the same scam that is being run by this same guy.So EVERYONE BEWARE.

This has been going in 2 months for me. Same thing they are doing a lawsuit and so on! I even had police call them back , calls stoped for about 10 days , but started again today! They do not give up ! Lady in Texas killed herself cause she could not deal with the calls and they scared her! I to was really scared by how they sounded , that's why I went to police! Makes me mad that there is nothing that can be done about it!
