I gotten this call from different numbers saying they are police and they will come and arrest me and take me to the courthouse. They also have a law suit against my name and SS # so they say.

Made me so mad I called the number left in the message and promised to spend the rest of my life finding and screwing with him. He hung up before i even finished. Gutless worm

Same thing is going on with me. First calls were from L.A. and the 2nd time from Massachusetts. Same person and Law Firm. I told the guy that by law you have to send a letter first to inform me. I ask him if I can record this and he said no. Also, I ask if I could get his address and he said no. The calls from L.A. was about check fraud and a loan. The one from Massachusetts was a loan that was not paid back. I told him I did not get any loans and if he had proof send me. He ask me for my address, I told he if you have a lawsuit against me, you have my address. He hung up the phone.

i got a phone call saying that i was involved in some kind of law suit. first he said fraud, than he said that i was involved in a hit and run which was a lie. he said the person alonso gomez said that i hit him than ran. time i asked about (9:15am 9:30 am) LIE i was at work at this time. SCAM..... i mentioned all of this to my co-workers at work. i was here by 9am or before so this person is lying....

It is important that you do not take these guys seriously, they are some of the worst scammers on the planet. They decided to blow up my phone Monday, leaving me threatening messages of a lawsuit against my SS#. First time they called was the number 508-202-7204, from then on the number was private. So I called the number back, after they tried to feed me their BS about me owing US Cash Advance money or I was going to be arrested, I immediately started laughing in the phone and the dude seemed irritated and confused at the same time, maybe he thought I didnt understand him because his accent was so thick lol. Well anyways, I tell him, sure pal, send me those papers, and while your at it, let me get the physical address of this law firm and an email or fax sent to me and my attorney of the allegations I am being charged with.The man went silent, and then hung up immediately, I called back multiple times and they just kept hanging up, hanging up, but I didnt stop, finally the same man picks up and tries to make me believe that I have called Mcdonalds, so I tell him I want to place an order, I start asking him prices on food and he has no idea what to do and when I tell him im coming to pick it up, I need a physical address of the this mcdonalds, he uses the info he has on file that was sold to him by some outside company and uses my area code and town name, unfortunately for him there is no mcdonalds here lol.. After I tell him that and hang up laughing, he uses a different number, 347-394-1572 and just starts calling me back to back to back, and when I answer he hangs up (they get very mad and immature when you start playing games with them lol). Finally he calls me back from the old number 508-202-7204 and denies calling from that number, and tells me that they arent filing a lawsuit because im not worth it, and then goes on saying hes renaming my file under mr. not worth it and hangs up (lol). I call back, he answers "hello mr not worth it", and I bust out laughing.These guys are so bad at what they do, that it is fun actually calling them and talking to them lol, and hey I figure, the more time they are on the phone listening to me laugh at them, the less time they have to call and try and trick someone else into a stressful situation. If they dont call you back to back, just dont even answer and give them the time of day, if they call you at work, or start calling you alot or leaving messages, call them back and give them hell, your pretty much talking to a telemarketer.

I got a call too, I told them to stop harrassing me... they called my cell and my work #, if they call again.. I will have the authorieties take care of them because I work in a Federal building and the calls can be recorded.. they are retired! they need to be arrested..

I just received a call from this number.508 202 7204. They left a threatening voice mail. I was going to be picked up the local police for fraud.I am going to report this to the authorities and try to shut them down.

The scary thing is they have social security numbers, and bank account numbers. Anyone had them try to do anything with either of these??

I have received seval calls from this number. He claims to be John Miller from oakville law firm. He calls me at work and at home. What do I do next I haven't actually spoken to him.Do I just ignore him?
