called several times and each time told to leave me alone

Why can't calls such as these be handled by the "do not call" list? Obviously the "do not call": list is ineffectual and appears to do nothing about such calls. I now have to monitor every call - and they are numerous - and do not answer any unknown number. Our privacy should not be compromised in this way!

Received a call this morning. I didn't answer and caller didn't leave a message.

Just call asking for my mother, I just hung up, don't give these scam artist time to talk.If call again will block the number.

Called me 2 days in a row now. First time, I picked up and they hung up. From then on, I just ignored. Also, they either mask the number or call from a separate number. I would get a call on my personall phone (shown up as "unknown"); if I don't answer, I would get another call on my work phone with the 513 number.

Have received multiple calls over the past week. They never leave a message. Reported to the FTC as a violation of the Do Not Call Registry.

I have received three calls from this number today, I just do not answer any number that is not in my address book or I do not recognize. When are these morons going to stop?
