Well 514 is a Montréal area code and Emile sounds like a French name, so I'm going to assume they are speaking in their second language? How's your French vocabulary?
I have no idea how they could have my name (full name) and notified themselves as Scotiabank. BUT on my callerID it showed up as Quebec. Strange, bc I live in Vancouver...I think it's a scam call--be careful!
