A lady called me today (7/26/2007) and ask me lots of questions but I can't hear any thing from her and I hang up. I google the number and found this out.
We live in Montreal, QC and we received a call at approx 9:35pm from this number. No one was there when we answered.
Call at random times sometimes twice a day. Very annoying. I am also on the do not call list.What I do is if I recognise a long distance telemarketing number like this I pick up the phone then hang up without saying anything. At least my phone rings only a few times and they do not call back.
This company called me repeatedly, ignoring my requests to stop calling. Today, right after their call at 8:40 p.m, some computer remained connected to my line. My phone keeps ringing non stop, even at night. Also loud noise appeared on my line, even technician could not hear me. I may have to pay for urgent repairs.
I told the caller that I would answer questions only if they were a legitimate survey company and were not trying to sell me anything. After I answered many questions on my opinion and anxiety over Bedbugs!!!! she went on to the personal stuff: education, salary, name....I hung up
Some lady from this number just called me saying something about they were conducting research and asked if I could answer a few questions...I inturn said sure and she said "ok thank you very much" and then came back saying I'm sorry our quota is filled...Why the hell would they call then?

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
