IKEEP GETTING THIS CALL TOO AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING, BUT ON MY CALLER ID IT SAYS D PURDY. DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ON YOURS

I have recieved these calls less than 4 hours apart, it is the samething every time, they don't leave a message and when I answer they hang up. It has the name Purdy D on my caller ID

I want the calls to stop

Please investigate these calls, they are annoying and they are disrespecting me by not obiding by me being registered on the DO NO CAll list. Please help me out here someone, these calls are annoying.

OK, I am glad I am not the only one getting these calls. They are rather annoying. They called 2 days ago, my daughter answered. The man who spoke little English, was asking her questions about where we live, her name, ect...I snatched the phone from her and the man ask for my husband, when I said he was not home and ask for his name, he quickly said I will call back later. well, he did just that....20 minutes later. They have been calling non-stop ever since, now blocking there number to unknown. They call up to 6x a day and call as late as midnight, this is ridiculous. There has to be something done about this.

been getting this number calling me for the better part of a week. finally tonight i decided to call them back, and it connected me with my carrier's directory line.

The same thing shows up on my caller ID D Purdy. My phone number is unlisted and I am on the Do Not Call list. Very annoying!

Am I the only one who's come to the conclusion that the Do Not Call registry is useless?

i'm glad to know i'm not the only one getting these calls too. they've been calling me for the last week now and the only thing that shows up is quebec and the number. they have never left a message and i have never answered the call out of fear that it might be some sort of scam. And yes i too get the calls about 10 times a day! what can we do to stop it?

I have been getting calls from 514-555-5555 they call and either they say "card services" or something about Verizon this has got to be a scam #1 I have no credit cards and #2 I don't use Verizon. I tried calling it back and I get "thank you for calling Sprint 411",and I wouldn't doubt if someone else calls it they will get a different answer.
