I just got the call too but ignored it because I'm not expecting a call from Quebec. Please remember, folks, that 800notes is just a place for people to commiserate and identify these numbers. There is no connection here to the callers, and no connection to any authority to block the numbers.
Called me twice. didn't answer.. I am in 604 area, don't know who is calling from 514 area. Don't answer any suspecious call, just waste your time and get you into more unwanted calls.
