Just look them up, they do market surveys for the companies listed on their site. They also list their board members and othersas well various email addresses, you can email them, ask them to desist, then they will phone you again but you will not get a response to your hello. They've been doing this for years but to my knowledge I've never actually spoken to anyone, maybe it's just a crappy robo system they have. Any way no one likes their lives interrupted by someone who's not there, spray them with emails if they keep doing it, get all your friends and relatives to email them as well, drown them in emails, if that doesn't work start sending copies of the emails to the clients listed on their site.
Call home everyday and never talks...I called back and no answer. Who are these dummies...don't they have better things to do...
Got a call from this number just before noon (we're in Alberta). Caller ID simply said "Quebec." We don't know anyone in Quebec that would be phoning us, so we didn't answer. No message was left.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
