somebody called my house today from this number, he said hello, my name is lee, im calling from euh euh euh and he hung hup , then i tired calling back but no v.m !!! weird!!!
This number calls... but there is no on on the line. latest this afternoon (Jan 27 09) Very annoying & obviously not unusual looking at other posts from this no. What is the purpose of such a practice?
I just rec'd a call from this number, never answered and they never left a message. They don't call very much now because I never answer. Not answering really cut down the number of spam calls from all numbers. If I don't recognize a number, I don't answer.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
