This number called me last night at 10:38 pm. With a frail mother, my heart starts racing when the phone rings that late. Woke me from a sound sleep...I didn't answer when I saw from Iowa. Really wish these pranksters could be stopped. I get calls from all the areas of the country.
I had 3 missed calls from this number, they called my work phone, which I found strange. Called at 6:49 PM consecutively.
Called my work cell phone at 8:39 pm yesterday, no voicemail. Called my home number today at 7:47 pm, no voicemail. Called my personal cell phone at 9:09 pm tonight, no voicemail. Called my wife's cellphone at 9:46 pm tonight, no voicemail. So after they called my wife I tried calling the number back, said the same message as others have stated. Subscriber doesn't accept incoming calls. I sent a text message since it came up as Cell Phone Iowa on my home phone caller id and it didn't come back with an error but still no response. So I searched the number on google and low and behold it's calling plenty of other people besides me. I will certainly block this on all my phones now.
It was a pre recorded message in spanish. i pressed 0 because that usually passes it to an operator but it hung up. when i tried to call back it said the person doesn't accept incoming calls. they repeatedly call back but not enough for it to be considered harassment apparently.
Got a call from this number at 4.45 pm and I did not answer it. Sick of getting calls when I am registered on the do not call list!!!!

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
