They called at 10pm which irritating me. I couldn't get to the phone. I called back and a message says, at the callers request this phone does not accept incoming calls.

Annoying Keeps calling. I have no busines with this person/company so I wish they would get a new hobby and stop bothering me.

Called at 8:30 pm, hung up since I don't answer weird numbers, no voicemail, [***]!!! Lol

We have all kinds of laws in this country. Do you ever speed when you're driving? Have you ever walked across the road when the sign clearly says DON'T WALK? Ever cheated on your taxes? But how??? I mean there are LAWS in place for stuff like this! So how did you manage to do it?? Oh...that's right...because laws really only pertain to honest people who would normally do the right thing without being legally forced into doing it. Laws are like the lock on your front door - they're just going to keep out the honest people. I think you should reframe your question to read "Can't we just take away free will to people who annoy me by doing things that I don't approve of at this very moment but could change my mind if I need to do it a later date in order to benefit from it somehow" - I would workshop that title though because it's a little "wordy"Perhaps you've seen the "National Do Not Call Registry"?Oh and by the way it's "I hate Scum like this"Scum is one those fancy words that's actually already in plural form. There is a 3rd person present tense you could have been speaking from - but I'm going to roll the dice and say you weren't. When I answered the phone a recording in Spanish started . . . . I guess they don't check the "do-not-call" list

I missed at 9:55 pm and called back and heard a message with no acceting call. Weir!!!

Called and I did not answer. Searched Facebook for it and it comes up as Haley Pueshel. Looks like a fake account. Probably gaining cell numbers through FB.

Nothing when I answered.

Sat. 5/16 Saw call coming through on my cell. Declined to answer, didn't leave a voicemail so I figured it was spam & blocked it. Thanks everyone for posting!
