Someone keeps calling from 5163930168; but hangs up before the service answers on 3rd ring..... Have called 5 times so far, starting at approximately 9:30AM. Other Internet postongs indicate it is CABLEVISION of NY; but this has not been confirmed by me.
Just spoke with them. They called my office looking for our CEO. They said they were from Cablevision.
Got a call form them, no message. Called back CableVision, go to option 2 (Do Not Call List). After entering my number the prompt states it may take 30 days. When I first got CableVision they started calling and I threaten to change to Verizon FIOS, if they ever called again. It work until today, about 14 months, just moved to another apartment in our building.
I get two or three calls from this number a day, every day. The calls are early in the day or late in the evening and also on weekends. They will call and then call back again 20 minutes later. They never leave a message. If they have something important to say, they should leave a message and then maybe I would return their call.
Annoying...told them stop calling esp at 9pm every night! Finally put myself on their Do Not Call list.
Several calls during each day. I don'r reconize the number so I don't pick up, but it's annoying when I'm eating, spending quality time with my loved ones or just wanting to relax, not to mention that I have to get to the phone to see this unwanted call.

Scam call-Hung up! No one left a message
Harassing call from a company claiming to be attempting to collect on a nonexistent unpaid debt. I verified on my credit report that no such debt exists.
I found this phone number when I searched to see if I was hacked. This number has my calls forwarded to this number and I don’t even know who they are! You are being reported!
I just called the same number after binge watching decades later. I was looking for Phil but he did not answer. Left a message, had mobsters show up about 30 minutes later to my front door. Thankfully they left, no issues. Just wise guys....

Called my son’s phone. I called back twice from mine. No answer. VM of “Vance Hall.” Being that my son is underage—meaning, no debts—this is a scam.

Claims to be from MnDOT wouldn't leave a voicemail when called the main line. Called the next day and claims to be a guy named Gavin wanting to update information. Phone number is from Pennsylvania CLEARLY NOT FROM MNDOT.
Message says Wellstar, but the toll free number they leave is not Wellstar #. Automated voice requests your date of birth to start. Seem like scam.
Debt collector calling asking me how to contact my sister! Told him it was illegal to call relatives. Which it is!

I called 911, and then had dialled 311 and was waiting when this number phoned. I answered, but said nothing. They said nothing. I hung up. They called back and I could hear breathing, and perhaps walking. I've blocked the number.
