This number called me 5x today. No answer when I pick up. Irritating. I will notify my phone company to block this annoying call tomprrow.

The phone number (other numbers ending in different sequence i.e.0621, 0627,0627) are from "Education Assistance" in South Florida. They are all foreign and speak very poor English. They are all very rude and obnoxious. They will talk over you no matter if you cooperate with the conversation or not. When you try to tell them to remove your number they put you down for not wanting to "further your education". I have blocked 4 of their numbers so far and intend on going into my phone account and blocking all calls from area code 516. Good Luck!

They call me constantly and I was over on my cell minutes this month and Verizon was kind enough to remove the charges for these aggravating people.

Just received a phone call from M. Seth from 202-684-6500 and I was told I was selected to receive a "GRANT" in the amount of $7,000 from the Federal Goverment. I asked if he worked for The Federal Goverment Of The United States of America? He stated he did. I asked what do I have to do to receive the $7,000? I was told all I have to do is call 202-684-6506 and give them my confermation number of WG 206.The real question is WHY THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT OF THE UNITED STATES not going after this scam group?

Got a call today from this number at my Dad's house, who is a retired, disabled, Vietnam veteran. A middle eastern guy asked for my father by name, when I told him he was not here, and who I was he said "you sound like Mr. _____ _____" . And when I said I was his son a second time and could I take a message, he just hung up. Seems to me that these are scam artists. Both mortage companies and Education services require to know and use some of your most personal identity information. I hope, and urge that this is being taken seriously and investigated. We also are contacted our phone company.

Theyve called my house phone numerous times, sometimes with a different number, and leave messages on the answering machine, only saying "hello? hello? Danielle (a very bad pronunciation of it) can you hear me?" and then hang up. They call at all hours, and are very annoying! Havnt answered their calls, not on purpose, but sounds like its one I should just get blocked.

DO NOT Answer any incoming call from a number you DO NOT know. Remove your name from your voice mail out going message and replace it with a blank or title it "Mail Box". Save the incoming number to your contact list and assign it a silent ring tone. I have titled all Spam and have also given each a number. I am now up to 56 SPAM numbers saved. The calls will roll to your blank voice mail box where you can delete without listening to the messages. These calls are originating from foreign countries and are ALL cons! They want your money! PERIOD!
