Numerous Calls---hard to understand very heavy Indian accent----background noise to the extreme and say the are calling from some school company---when I mention I am on the do not call list they hang up!

I've been getting phone calls from this phone number for the last month. I've asked them to take me off of their list each and every time. This time the gentlman, and I use that term loosely, threatened to come to my home if I didn't listen to his reasons for calling me. I hung up and he called back and told me to "F" off - how dare I hang up on him ? So I hung up again and shut my phone off and am now reporting them.
