I got a call from this first time today. Not this number..it was this number......517-484-1427 and his name was CHRIS. Wanted to do a survey..I said no thanks..and while I am ending the call I can still hear him yacking. I would say it is identity theft for sure!

I just received a call from the number. Very odd political survey. Seemed very biased. Responded "good" if I answered a certain way. I had some fun, especially when he butchered some pronunciations.
