got a message tonight from the Michael Nolen too.... sounds foreign when he said hello,,, the he hung up....
I received a call from 517-484-1427 with the caller I.D. of Michael J Nolan. I answered and there was no reply. When i returned the call the recorded message said that the answering box was.
DUDEEE! I get calls from them constantly!!! It's called me 5times in a row and leaves no message....whitepages says it's from a landline
they are calling about shutting down michigan power plants. if they are shut down the state will have to import much more expensive power from illinois. do i want to do that? when asked who was sponsoring this survey - they said they could not tell me. probably a power company. told them not to call back. we shall see.
I have received many calls from this number either no one answer when I pick up or when I call no will answer.
My elderly mother gets this call at least 3 times a day on her caller Id, have already told her do not pick up calls you do not know, I have contacted phone company to put block on phone, I am contacting Attorney generals office and BBB and put complaints to try to stop these fools for using this name and others, ppl I have done this before file a online complaint with Attorney generals ofc

The person with this phone number does not know who VA David Foulds is. VA David Foulds is what shows up on the caller ID. . Very odd that the person with the phone does not know about their phone.
