These callers "spoof" American phone numbers, but they're calling from off-shore, so they can't be prosecuted for the DNC list.
Donna, i dont have a smart phone so dont use any fancy software to block calls, what i do is create phone book entries titled spam and follow it with a number you should be able to set that phone book entry not to ring, and be silent you may get a notification beep that you missed a call but its better than the phone ringing annoying you all the time i must have 100 numbers in my phone its ridculous that we have to deal with these jerks
I also received a call from this number. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.
Install Call Control on your cell, it works. I tried the trial version, then bought "Pro" for about $7. I like it. Also the have a device for landline. Waiting for reports on it.
