Clearly a scammer, heard a beep after welcoming phone call, then person started talking and I hung up :D
My solution to these robo calls eceteras... In my phone contacts I give everyone a ring. Then for my default ring it is a little beep. If I am waiting for a specific call I will change my default ring to a louder style, and after I got the call will revert back to the default ring.
Already on the do not call list. If they are 'Home Solar Solutions', they should not be calling.. If they are calling for my business at the same phone number, they should change their company name.
