This [***] called a few times but I didn't answer. It IS a SCAM. Please link to the Consumer Union petition to stop ROBOCALLERS like this bozo. Telephone companies are ignoring any "real" solutions, but are making a fortune on allowing this [***] to robocall innocent people, even ones on the DNC. THE DNC list DOES NOT WORK. I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
