any email from Abelardo Colome Ibarra [abelardocolomei@yahoo.com] is a SCAM. He has asked for the same things as the other posts and wants me to sign an agreement accepting a diplomatic parcel full of cash. I will not sign it but I am going to see how long I can continue this and report him to the police.

Same email just arrived today with some info....scam.

Just got the same very vague email. As a new Realtor I of course wanted to answer him as quick as possible but thought it was weird that no more information was provided, just that he wanted to purchase a property. So of course I googled him and found this website. Thanks saved me some time!! I live and work out of St.John's NL.

Hes still at it, got an email from him yesterday, Any realtor who wouldnt find this suspisious or at least sketchy as far as our FINTRAC knowledge, should rethink their proffession. Just saying, M M

He is still at it. Just heard from hm for the first time. Glad to see all of these posts. Enough in his email to know it was likely a scam.

Yip Real Estate Agent in Saskatoon Got the Email also, Thanks for the heads up, I figured right away this was a SCAM... Too good to be True. Your replies are all very helpful. Let's try to stop these scam artists.
