got the same message from felipep.roque@yahoo.com, who unlike some of my other clients, is quick to respond to my replies. Not bad for the former Minister of Foreign Affairs for Cuba. Mainly just playing along until I run out of coffee. Can't wait to ask them for some money.

I am a Real Estate agent in NS, and got an email with that name Alvaro Lopez Miera, thought it was suspicious and googled, glad I found it was a scam.
Guess I won't bother looking up properties for him on the MLS!!!Agent in BC here, just received a couple emails from him.
Same for me here in Ottawa. Received an email from the same name saying he was looking for a property.
Same here, I got an e-mail from him asking for both residential property in a very high price range and investments. Doesn't look like I will pursue this. Just wondering what they want to achieve with this.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

Called me but I didn't hear the phone, no message left
just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
