Same email here....obviously a scam....a General in CUBA Army !

I'm an agent in Medicine Hat, AB. I got the same email last night from "Alvaro Lopez Miera". I don't know what this scammer is trying to accomplish.

Same here as if he would pick up a completly random broker to look for a property in those price range !!!

Man I got sucked into it.Final Straw was that I have to pay $8000, Wire Transfer to some place in the Us and or Montreal toget a packaga apparently Cash Work 18 million dollars for th3 House he is looking for

I received an e-mail from "General" Alvaro Lopez Miera and when someone requests 4rooms, 1 good sitting room, good toilets and bathroom, between $1Million to $2Million...Any agent should be able to realize this never happens AND IF YOUR IN THAT PRICE RANGE, YOUR GONNA CALL AND INTERVIEW!!!I figured it was a scam, so I searched the number I was given and found many links and sites reporting on this very topic.

I received a message yesterday but decided to look up more about this "general". As I suspected it is a SCAM!!!!! If it sounds to good to be true than it is. If something is not a scam they would not just email us agents and ask for vague help. Would love to catch these scammers. I know so many people that have been sucked in by these scams from Africa etc.DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS. As agents we always hope there will be the majic deal that will make us lots of money...this is not it!!!!!
