Sounds fake the caller ID said Fredericksburg VA but claiming they are with Vanderbilt.
There is NO WAY I'm going to jump through all the hoops suggested above by former phone solicitors just to get them to leave me alone. The hell with them and their stupid "surveys"! Don't get suckered in to giving them any info. I'm on the GADNC list and pay for an unlisted phone, so I won't have to deal with these intrusions, so I feel I do not owe them anything. I just add them to my list of blocked numbers and that is the end of it. I suggest others do likewise.
