Got a call this afternoon from this number. Didn't answer it because I didn't hear it come in. WHAT A PAIN.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone on Saturday. Claimed to be from Holiday Inn Express members benefits. Asked if i was interested in one of 3 locations for timeshare. Charge was $199 for 3 nights and 4 days in Myrtle Beach, Orlando and somewhere in the Smoky Mountains. Smelled a scam when they kept pressing me to pay over the phone. Beware!
I answered the call only because I was expecting a phone call from someone not already in my contacts list... It was the same as Hilltopper's "I received this annoying cruise ship horn robo-call--offering two free tickets (then I hung up)." It started with the horn noise, followed by the automated message saying "Hi, this is your Captain speaking......" I hung up after the point where the automated message said I would get the tickets after I completed a quick survey. Haha, nice try. I can't even explain in proper detail how annoying, and stupid for these people, it is to start a robo-call with a very loud & long noise. I guess people still fall for this type of thing since they still try to pull it off...

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
