Calling on behalf of PMI, to encourage me to renew my membership.

Have called twice since yesterday. I called back and heard a recording that they do work on behalf of non-profit orgs.

I have recieved a call (or 2) from this number for the last 2 evening at about 7:15pm, but have not answered. Thanks to these postings, I will not answer. Thanks!

This number has called me twice around 5 in the afternoon. I do not pick up, and they leave no voicemail. No idea what or why. Argh.

I have received a call from this number every weekday for the past two and a half weeks. I am on the Do Not Call registry.

Call repeatedly throughout the week. always around 4:30. never a voice when I answer and never leave a message if I don't

I've gotten many calls from them as well and I always call back, but the operator is always busy. I followed the advice from brooklynbt (above) and called the number on their site. Arlene also answered and I gave her my number and the state I'm in and she said they'd take me off the list. The number is 877-581-2565.

I have received a call daily around 9-10:30 PST for the past 3 weeks (541)864-1492. I have not answered, since i don't know the number. No message ever left. Wishing it would stop!!

I too have had calls on both my home phone & cell phone from this number in the last week or two.When I answer my home phone, they hang up.Tonight they called my cell phone at 8:09 on a Sunday evening.I did a google web search and came up with Comnet Marketing Group.I called them and asked if they were making calls from this number.They confirmed affirmative. I asked them to remove both my cell and home numbers from their list and let them know both numbers are registered on the Do Not Call list.They were friendly, and confirmed that they would comply.

Okay, it clicked. I remember this number from before and the patterns of calls with no messages. Last year, I was out of town when my LA Zoo membership expired. I had neglected to respond to renewal offers because I was considering upping my membership to make a larger member donation with it. Anyhow, I went on vacation deciding to make my donation after the fact. As I was on vacation out of the country I started receiving regular calls that of course show up as roaming, especially when I am out of the country. A couple a day as I recall. I didn't answer any. Upon my return I finally answered figuring it was my bank calling to confirm charges as they have in the past. NOPE!!!!! It was someone trying to convince me to renew my membership to the LA Zoo! Wow! I was upset.... I complained about the insistent calling and declined membership. Unfortunately a month later I ended up going back to the Zoo because my daughter loves the place. I renewed my membership at minimal level still upset about the calls. I forgot the calls and so today..... Arghh!!! That's right, I forgot about the Zoo's collection company!If you don't have any important calls coming in, consider changing your greeting "Comnet, I refuse to renew my membership due to your pestering calls with no messages!", maybe they'll take the hint.... and forward this forum to your local non-profit.
