I have had multiple calls from this number over the past few weeks. No message left. I registered my cell # for the Do Not Call List 541-864-1492. My phone lists as "No Name" Somehow other people on message board also receiving calls from same # say it is a nonprofit organization. I have no independent knowledge.

afternoon call from this number every day for two weeks

"Comnet" has now left 5+ messages on my cell phone voice mail. Very annoying and must be illegal.

Yes, I had a membership to the Philadelphia Zoo a couple of years back so given what I've seen on this board, this is probably what it is about!

I never answer the phone.But it is enough to pissed me off.I wish they stop calling me~!!!

Received calls from this number the past three days at 7:52pm on cell phone. No message, no ID. I don't answer calls from unknowns.

I too have been getting this call 541-864-1492, same story as everyone else. Called Verizon (our co) and they did a free call block for up to 90 days. good luck.

We get several calls from this number. If we do answer the line hangs up.

A Simple rule to live by in the telemarketing age:Never give your phone number to an organization unless you wish them to call you.Comnet works for multiple non-profit organizations, several of them handle professional certifications, etc. BEING ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST DOES NOT PRECLUDE YOU FROM BEING CALLED BY ORGANIZATIONS YOU GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO. If you really don't want to be called, stop putting your phone number on your donation checks & never fill out registration forms completely with your phone number.
