I WAS SCARED TO CRYING, THE WHOLE NINE, BECAUSE I NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE. I CALLED MY DAD, AND HE TOLD ME TO LOOK THE UP ONLINE AND THAT'S WHEN I FOUND THIS PAGE TO NO THAT I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE THEY HAD CALLED.

I too received a call from them today claiming the same thing. I figured out in 5 min. that this must be a scam, however, I am concerned how they obtained personal information on me. He told me he was the paralegal from the Law Offices of California representing U.S. cash payday loan. If he is asking about whether I have an attorney, then why aren't their attorney calling me. Unless you have been officially summoned to go to court by a sheriff or notice from your state's court, no one can just call you and tell you that you have a court date. I will be reporting this number and i advise you all do so as well check your credit report for any inconsistencies or recent requests.

I GOT 2 CALLS BACK TO BACK AT WORK.. ONE I ANSWERED THE SECOND I DIDNT .. THEY DO THIS EVERY 4 OR 5 MONTHS OR SO... TOTAL SCAM.. WILL CUSS YOU IF YOU DON'T GIVE IN

I just received a call from 559-823-5337 and they said that I have a payday loan and I need to pay it and I hung up the phone and he called right back and I told him it was a scam and he said how do I know that and I hung up the phone

This is a scam and the man talks with a foreign accent

So what are you suppose to do when they wont stop calling your cell phone and work phone?! I have told them several times its a scam and to leave me alone but they wont!!!

Seriously, DO NOT give these people money. I have been in contact with BB, FTC and Attorney General,and I have done my own research. Looks to me like these people change their numbers alot, location alot, etc. The guy I talked to was called "Jack Lawson" He had a very thick foreign accent, could hardly understand him, with the exception of the fact that he said I was being picked up on Monday for money laundering. I knew it was a scam when one person I talked to said this Jack guy was a police officer, and then he intorduced himself as a paralegal for Law group of california. This group has an F rating on BBB, and the BBB has also posted warnings to consumers about this company. HELLO dumb foreign people, if you are in trouble for money laundering, they dont give you a "courtesy" call before they come arrest you! They just take you away as soon as you can be found! Also, wouldn't someone remember getting $8000 from a company. These people are idiots....DO NOT fall for this scam! They can't put you in jail. If anything, they are going to jail!!

This same person called me as well and it is consider harrass when tell them to stop calling. the continue to call and get cussed out. I also block the number and they keep calling me

This is a complete scam. Last week the guy called from 505-807-2770 Los Lunas, NM, now this week in Orange Cove, CA 559-823-5337.

I got a call from 559-823-5337 stating that me or my lawyer better call back right away or they'll feel sorry for me. I called back got a lady she said that i was going to be arrested tomorrow at work, i told her to send me the paper work she said she couldn't because there isn't any, so i said what are you reading from she said i don't have to answer any of your question. So, i then told do not call my job she said they were allowed to do anything they wanted to do is said i don't think you want to do that because i have already informed my employer of your scam and they will report you she then said they do not have the authority to do anything. So, i then asked for her law firms physical address she would not give it to me so then i just hung up.
