I just received a call from this 559-823-5337 number telling me that I was going to be arrested for money laundering. They said that I had to go to court on Friday, and that I will lost my case. They also said that they were going to make an example of me for not paying the $500.00 that was supposed to have been deposited into my bank account. The person said his name was Jack Lawson of the "Law Group of California" and he gave me a phone number of 559-823-5337 ext: 616 as a number to call him back on. I googled his name, company name and phone number. Google came back with 8 pages of scams from this phone number. When I googled his name under the company name of "Law Group Of California" it said that there was no one by the name of Jack Lawson that works for the company, but there wrer 2 John Lawson's that work for the company. They had a lot of my personel information like SSN, Bank account number, routing number ect. For those people out there that has had a call from these scammer you should file a report with the FBI, BBB and the Attorney General's Office.

these same people called my daughter and told me that they were going to come and arrest my daughter for fraud because she got a payday loan in her husbands name if i did not send them 812.00 i almost did until her father-in law went online and looked it up and seen it was a scam it scared me because they had all of her information so please i warn everyone always check out any and every thing to the fulliest to matter how legiitite it sounds

Same thing is happening to me as well. I am so tired of these calls. Some please tell me how to stop them. Its like they call every 3 months.

For the last week a lady from this number has been calling, not my phone but my mothers phone, telling her to get in contact with me immediately. She would never give them my number, but today they have called 3 times within a hour and the last called made threats. They told my mom, she had 2 hours to get ahold of me and that I had a court hearing on Friday at 11. If they didnt reach me today they were sending out their legal team to arrest me, for further money laundering investigation. I have tried calling the number back and cant get in contact with anyone. It scared me a bit at first but after reading all these posts and contacting the Secret Service and FTA it is truly all a scam. Please dont fall for this anyone, and what I was told from all of the companies I reported to, was DO NOT FEED INTO THEM. Simply hang up the phone when they call and eventually they will get tired of wasting their time on you and go to the next victim.. Good luck everyone and thanks for all the previous post. I RECEIVED CALLS ON SATURDAY TELLING ME I NEEDED TO PAY UP RIGHT NOW OR I WOULD GO TO JAIL. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THESE CALLS ON AND OFF FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS NOW SO I KNEW WHO IT WAS. I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE THEM A DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND HUNG UP. THEY CALLED BACK FOR ME TODAY ON MY AUNT'S PHONE AND I TOOK THE CALL. THIS GUY (A DIFFERENT ONE) TOLD ME THAT HE WAS WITH THE INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT OF THE NYPD AND HE WAS GOING TO INVESTIGATE WHAT I HAD SAID TO THE OTHER GUY. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS COMING TO MY HOUSE TOMORROW MORNING BUT WHEN I WOULDN'T GIVE HIM MY ADDRESS, HE GOT ANGRY. I JUST TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WAS LEGIT, HE SHOULD HAVE MY ADDRESS. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WANTED TO MEET THAT WAS FINE BUT I TOLD HIM I WOULD HAVE MY LAWYER AND A COP WITH ME. HE TOLD ME NOT TO CALL THE CITY COPS. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT IF WE MET TOMORROW AND I DIDN'T HAVE MY LAWYER PRESENT, I WOULD HAVE TO GO WITH HIM. I AM NOT SCARED OF THESE CREEPS, I JUST WISH I COULD GET THEM TO STOP!!!

I also got several phone calls from these people saying they are the Law Office of California. They said that If I didn't pay them that they would have and FBI to come and pick me up either at my workplace or my home address. I wrote down what I was suppose to do, They wanted me to fax them a copy of my debit card number with the number, 3 numbers on the back, expiration date and a photo ID of my DL. Said if I didn't pay by Sept 21st they would come and get me and they would take me to court and that I would lose my job. Please get these people! I I knew I didn't owe them anything!! But they will try to get older people into sending them money and they may fall for this Scam!!

Yes I also had a call from a man his name was Slyvester Brown, he said if I didn't pay 500.00 that I owe to usacash that the fbi would come and get me and take me to court and he would make sure that I would lose my job. I hung up on him told him to never call my home or workplace.

Lament I have read all your post just want you to know they are now calling stating that you applied for an auto and they need your bank information and a down payment before they can proceed with your loan. Same people trust me the one used the same name Neil Johnson for the auto loan scam. He used that same name with for the payday loan scam. Got the auto loan scam call today. That's a new on me. I just thought I'd pass along the information.
