Let me clarify this, once again. The Cheque was sent by Canada Post, to USPS, and made it all the way to the sorting facility in Costa Mesa, California. From there, the US Postal Service cannot explain what happened. I made a formal complaint, and I was told that they could not start an investigation until the item was lost for more than 30 days, which I explained to you, in an E-Mail. Which I can show everyone, George! You were made aware of the situation, and kept in the loop. I even suggested that you sell the unit, and i would wait for the next one. Remember? You said " No Problem"You were paid by Wire Transfer, after my Bank assured me that the missing Cheque could not be used. This was June 6 2012. Since then, you have stalled, made excuses, etc, etc. At one point, you told me it was " On it's way" . Remember? Or do I need to post our E-Mails back and forth? We are now in November, and you have had my money, and my Seadoo & Trailer, for 5 months! Do you really want to keep provoking me? I have all necessary documentation, including the threats that you have made to me. Do you want to keep going, George? This will tarnish you and your Company alot more than is necessary, but, once again, you refuse to man up !

Thanks Edward , i have offered him so many chances to honour our deal but he refuses . so looks like im going to court . i dont even care what it costs in court as i have so much evidence and reports from a lot of victims . just want justice done. he is well known to the police there as i only had to mention his name and the detective knew straight away. hope to keep intouch
