Mike, I have trouble finding any nice words for George. I have remained silent throughout this whole ordeal and never said a negative word to this man. Nor have I ever attacked his wife or personal life until I read the absolute filth he wrote about me. I refuse to sit back and remain silent once you have attacked me or my family. My husband and I have worked dam hard over a number of years to earn the money that George took in one foul swoop. George has advertised the most private parts of my life on here (not that I'm ashamed in any way to be going through the whole IVF process). Not EVER will one nice word pass my lips to this man or his wife after what he has put myself,Jason and 4 kids through. Not to mention right before christmas....im sure George and his kids will have a great xmas dining out on mine and my families hard earn savings.We tried for weeks to sort this out before it got nasty and where did it get us???If you choose to be civil to this thief then I wish you luck and honestly hope you get the goods you have paid for. I however will not rest until we have our savings or the boats and bike in the condition they were sold to us in! As for George I have nothing left to say to him....Karma will come in due time

Yes you know that i know i have a legal case to come after you. I may pursue that against you given the letter i have from your lawyers.You received your boat. The engine issue is not my problem. It was not like that when you brought the boat from us. You had a contract mechanic open the boat and engine up. If they did not put everything back together its not our problem. We were never advised this boat had been opened up after it was winterised.You need to go and reconsider your position.You will further note that we asked anyone that had a claim to file it. If you had a claim you would have filed one.

maybe you have wobbled back to the States, straight into the arms of the lawyers for the dentist girlfriend you ripped off last year we hope. When it gets too 'hot' over here you'll scuttle back to NZ or Mexico. And so it goes on, your pathetic existence is like a bad soap opera. You think you're important because people have to converse with you to recover something of whatever fraud you've inflicted upon them. You buy your few friends and gullible concubines. You create a drama in which you, the village idiot, are finally important and successful. Only the fraud is real, the success and importance are all in your head. US Law might officially apply, but we are all awaiting the joyful day/night when the Law of the Jungle catches up with you. Have a great holiday.

I completely understand the feelings posted here by all of you,(except George, I find his comebacks very childish, and certainly not welcome). My intention was to give this situation a chance to right itself. I was hoping that George would see that we are open to settling our differences, without having our Lawyers all get rich. Anj.c, I certainly don't expect you to have nice words for George, after what he has printed. Same with you, Jason, and others. That still does not excuse the fact that you are falling into his trap, and lowering yourself to his level. Something that we demand that our own children not to do! George,I have been extremely patient with you, and my patience is coming to an end. Just because I choose to be civil on this site, does not mean that I am in any way, a push over. You have made a fool of yourself on this site, and you have said some pretty nasty things. You have lowered yourself to a despicable position, if you ask me. I thought that maybe you were going through a tough time, and that you would do the right thing, eventually, to save your reputation. It seems I was mistaken. You even taunt people to bring charges your way. If this is what you prefer, let me know. I will be the first. I have been contacted by the authorities already, but I told them that you were a man of your word, and your only fault was procrastination. Good thing I kept their phone number! It seems that I totally mis-read you. The damage you are doing to your reputation will follow you, and your family for a long time. Is this all worth it? The Internet allows people to gain information that you think will not surface. I have not put much time into researching you, and I already have found out plenty. Have you ever heard of " Winning the fight, but losing the War"? I think this sums up your situation. You are totally missing the long-term affect that this is going to have. Anyway, you're a big boy. In closing, I have to say, George, you have had several chances to correct these situations, and you dig in your heels. So I am going to do the same and dig in mine. My property better arrive at the agreed destination by November 28 2012, or I will take the next step.

What legal case ? you have nothing against us ! And as for claim, have letters from our solicitor that made our claim for us, as usually more lies ! And where did you get that we had a contract mechanic from, we can't afford that because of you !! And just to let you know the boat is still sitting in or back yard, not because we can't afford to fix it, have plenty of witnesses to confirm that too!! You don't even know what you are talking about anymore, just dribble !!

Hallo back. I guess, that Richard idiot Wallace, or Richard Auckland - as you wish - is now in a very bad situation. I hope after this experience, he will pay me back (10 000 USD). Or I will have to organise it one more time. Law is not effective here - it is a long time track. Who wants can joijn. I got him now. A lot of posts are done here by him.
