Someone has been calling for two days. When I pick up receive they would hang up.

I got that same voucher not too long ago, called the number, they gave me some bogus bull crap, and when i still said no, they hung up on me. i couldn't believe what had just happened... but now i get a phone call EVERYDAY!!! it's driving me crazy. i really wanna get back at whoever is pulling this crap, but i don't know what to do. it's actually getting worse because now i get 3 or 4 calls a day!!! it's getting rediculous...

OK EVERY ON I HAVE THE SOLUTION. I TRACKED DOWN WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE. THEY ARE RAMADA PLAZA IN BOYNTON BEACH FLORIDA. THEIR PHON NUMBER IS 561 364 4140. I CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAKE TO THE MANAGER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS REGARDING, BECAUSE THEY SCREEN THE CALLS BEFORE THEY SEND IT THROUGH. I SAID THAT IT IS REGARDING A COMPLAINT, THEN THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD BE TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SAID THAT I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER OR OTHERWISE I WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE RIGHT NOW AND THEY WILL BE AT THEIR DOOR SHORTLY. I TOLD THEM I WILL HOLD AND THAT THEY CAN RELAY THAT TO THEIR MANAGER. MANAGER GOT ON THE PHONE. HIS NAME IS KENNY. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE DISTURBING PHONE CALLS AND ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER TO REMOVE IT FROM THE SYSTEM. HE SAID THAT IT WAS ABOUT THE CRUISE AND THAT THE PRICES ARE REDUCED. THIS IS A COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT CALLS ALL THE TIME.I ASKED WHY DO THEY HUNG UP AND HE SAID THAT IT IS BECAUSE THE SYSTEM DOES NOT GET CONNECTED THAT IS WHY IT HUNGS UP. HE SAID THAT HE WILL REMOVE MY NUMBER AND THAT IT WILL TAKE 24HRS. I TOLD HIM THAT IF I DO RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL BE SURE THAT THE POLICE WILL BE INVOLVED. SO I SUGGEST THAT YOU ALL DO THE SAME.REGARDS LEILA

This number calls me at least 5 times a day, even on Sunday. They hang up on me whenever I answer. When I call back, it is either busy or no one answers at all. I also recieved a free voucher from Ramada resorts. The lady hung up on me whenever I told her that I was not going to give her $800. This is really getting on my nerves and I want the phone calls to stop.

they called i never answered untill yesterday i did and no one answered i called back they answered and no response

I too got that Ramada offer in the mail. I figured it was a scam but I enjoy messing with the [***] so i called the number as suggested by the voucher.He must of not wanted to try and make a sale cuz the guy I spoke to was WAY nasty. didn't try to sweet talk me or anything, just said "are you calling to make a reservation?" I told him no I was calling to get more information in this voucher I got in the mail.Then he asked me weell do you want to go on a cruise when I said No he got all pissy and condescending, the lil pr*ck!!So the calls started about a week ago and every other day or so i get at least one call from them. It rings once and then they hang up, no message no nothing.

If you have been scammed by these people please report it to the FTC and your local authorities. You can reach the FTC directly at #877-382-4357. It will take a minute to go through their phone menus, but you will talk to someone directly who will take your report. Good luck!P.S.-I called Ramada and they said they do NOT call people with vacation promotions.

I got this call... and it is not as Heinous as everyone believes... this is a company that buys your number or gets your number from a contest ballot you have filled out... usually the ballot is to win a trip some where exotic... they call and say you've won (yay) but you have to cover the 'extra' costs... usually 600 - 1000 dollars for 2 people. Decline... walk away and they shouldn't keep calling... however if you have the extra money it is worth it... we went to Florida last year through one of these calls... and made 600-dollars for an all inclusive trip, including airfare from Toronto... So I guess it is a scam, but not as scary as everyone is implying...
