Got a second URGENT card on my door today at 930 AM. Security cameras picked up a white guy with a dark blue "Recovery Specialist" shirt on. I live in a gated community! I called the number this time and there was no answer. I am brand new to the area. I sent the pictures and video to the property manager and notified the owner. My next call will be the police.
Two cars parked out in front of neighbors, cut lights when i came out with dog. Three minutes after I left, Security cam picked up a man taping orange URGENT notice to front door. Has the phone number and a case number on it. I live in a gated community. Am taking video and card to report to HOA.
Received 2 blue papers with the came message as other have stated. It was on my door twice within a week. Called the Sheriff's Dept. who google the info and I was told not to respond. I blacked out the case# for the manager to make copies to notify the community.
