Unsafe call. Said my subscription needed to be renewed and my account would be charged $299. If i did not want to renew to call this number

Called me earlier today and left a message about canceling a subscription. The man had a very heavy accent, and I could hardly understand him. I told him I did not have a subscription out, and they said they were working with Microsoft to help me cancel the subscription. To be honest, I played with them for a few minutes, and then told them to go F^^k themselves. Sick of being harassed by people.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
