These people must have called me at least 20 times in a row, not even 5 minutes apart!!! I yelled at them twice because all I get is silence....it's a waste of my precious time!!! I am VERY busy and this needs to STOP NOW!!! So I finally texted them, saying "GO AWAY OR I WILL CALL THE COPS ON YOU!" So far, no calls yet....this was about 10 minutes ago.....;.GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

They keep calling for my minor daughter on my number. I repeatedly ask them to remove me from their list to no avail.

Receive calls from this number averaging once or twice per week. Difficult accent, even for myself who has had much multinational English experience.The caller asks about whether my wife or I have had surgery, medical side-effects, etc. Claims to have something to do with awarding settlements from class-action lawsuits. Never seems to get a point where no more questions are necessary.Caller usually seems to get frustrated and hangs up.

This is a hoax.. they somehow got my number stating that they wanted to know if I had any medical procedures so that they could get me compensation. Please forward this harrassement to the NYS Attorney General's office. They would not identify the name of their company.

Bombarded with calls here too. Picked up a couple of them and the guy calling has an accent like hes from India. First time I answered he sounded like he was saying my first name and then hung up. I tried to call the number back and it ends up being a fast busy signal. Hes been calling all day and not leaving a msg. This is harrassment!!!! What do we do? The BBB wont do anything and I truly think these calls are outsourced. I too signed up to be on the do not call list and since doing that have gotten a lot of calls like these. Recently I received two calls back to back about this vaginal mesh surgery crap they show on t.v. Saying they were calling about my surgery and how I can be compensated and I told both callers Ive never had that kind of surgery and they slammed the phone down in my ear!! There has got to be a way to prosecute these kinds of scammers!!

they harrass me all the time and i have had no surgeries nor does anyone owe me money for any medical!!! stop harrassing people especially me...they yell at me when i tell them to leave me alone, and send different numbers calling me after i scream LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Hmmmm, I work in the medical field, but they have never left any message, just hang up when the voice mail comes on.

this company is calling several times. first a man whom I cannot understand his language then a woman, whom asked me the same as the man and I told them I would call them back and the phone hangs up automatically. I am on no call list with my number and they keep calling I want it to stop!!!!!!!

You are lucky you got as far as you did. Most of the time they will give you the run around and hang up on you. Did their calls stop after you spoke to the supposed supervisor?
