Its seems they call from a call centre that can only make outbound calls, that's why when you call them back the number does not exist.
i just blocked it the first time they called and they still keep trying after 3 months, if you have a android try CM security they have a blocking option
They are phoning on my tablet which just show's up as a message its not a phone. They called me (2) times 30/9...(25) times on 2/10and (3) times today. When I try call the no it says that the no does not exist... Its very frustrating. Been called 30 times in 4 days!!!!!!

Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
